Flipfolio (“we”, “our”) is published by Stive Hassan (operating as WebGeeks AI). This policy explains exactly what the app stores, what leaves your device, and who it is shared with.

TL;DR

Flipfolio is offline-first. There is no account, no login, no cloud sync, no analytics, no crash reporting, and no advertising. Everything you record stays in a local database on your device. One third-party service is used — RevenueCat — solely to manage subscriptions.

What Flipfolio stores on your device

The following is stored only on your device, in a local SQLite database inside the app’s sandbox, and is never uploaded to us or anyone else:

• Fees
• Expenses
• Mileage
• Item photos
• Notes

Photos you choose for an item remain on the device. They are not uploaded, backed up to our servers, or shared.

What is shared, and with whom

RevenueCat, Inc. — used only for subscription management and receipt validation. The following is shared with RevenueCat:

• Apple transaction / receipt data
• Subscription status
• An anonymous, RevenueCat-generated user ID
• Basic device, OS and app-version information

That is the only third-party service the app communicates with. There is no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, and no advertising SDK in Flipfolio.

Payments

Subscriptions are purchased and processed by Apple. We never receive, see, or store your card or payment details.

No tracking

Your data is not combined with third-party data for advertising purposes, and is not shared with or sold to data brokers.

This is why the app shows no App Tracking Transparency prompt, and why our App Privacy declaration lists Purchase History under “App Functionality” rather than tracking.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling Flipfolio removes all local app data from your device. There is no server-side copy to delete, because we never receive one.
