Common questions

How do I play with someone?

One of you starts a game and gets a short room code. Send that code to the other person by any means you like (message, call, in person) and they enter it on the Play screen. That is the whole setup.

Do we need accounts?

No. Turnabout has no accounts, no sign-up, and no password. The room code is all that connects the two of you.

Do we have to play at the same time?

No. Turns sync between both phones, so you can take yours whenever you like and the other person picks it up when they next open the app.

Does it work offline?

The games themselves run on your phone, but passing turns between two people needs a connection, because the moves travel through our sync server. If you lose signal mid-game, nothing is lost, the app retries and picks up where it left off.

What happens to a game if I close the app?

Nothing. Games in progress are kept on the server until you finish them, and reopening the app returns you to where you were.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@webgeeksai.in with your device, the game you were playing, and what happened. If the game is still open, tell us the room code, it helps us find the match.

How do refunds work?

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: Play Store order history. If you hit trouble, email us and we will help.
